Each year, there seem to be more and more Personal Injury conferences and events popping up throughout the country. As the list of options grows, it can be difficult to determine which events are truly worth your time and money. When choosing a conference to attend, it is absolutely critical that you ensure that the provider is reputable and that the agenda will include actionable and specific content.
Our Favorite Events in 2023 So Far
- The Xcelerator Intake and Case Manager Boot Camps
Held in New Orleans, these full-day events covered each and every aspect of an intake specialist’s or case manager’s role at the PI firm. Oftentimes, PI firms invest more time and budget in sending their executives or attorneys to conferences or events. However, departments like intake and case management are just as vital to the firm’s overall success. For this reason, we highly recommend sending the director of your intake department or your top case manager to events like these ones so that they can bring back all that they learn to the team.
- Xcelerate Your Average Fee 2023
This was the second year that the Xcelerator team put on “Xcelerate Your Average Fee,” and this year’s event was just as impressive as the first. Attorneys from all over the country gathered to learn actionable steps, from demand strategies to client communication, that cost nothing but have a huge impact on verdicts. Dudley DeBosier Injury Law attorneys have used these exact strategies to increase their average fee by over 400%, and they shared all that they have learned in doing so with the audience.
- PILMMA Super Summit
Last week, our team was back in New Orleans for the PILMMA Super Summit. Our top takeaways from this conference were the many ways that developments in AI will impact the Personal Injury world. Services are already hitting the market that use AI to write demands, improve client communication, use facial recognition to investigate clients and defendants, and much more. Firms are finding success in using Chat GPT for things like summarizing medical records and generating new content for their websites and social platforms.
The Top PI Events We’re Looking Forward To
- Vista Law Firm Leadership Summit
Held in Chicago on June 22-23, 2023, this event will be geared toward law firm managers and owners. We are looking forward to learning more about new leadership strategies, suggestions for growing and training teams, and ways to improve firm culture. The line-up of speakers at the event is full of impressive masterminds, from both within the Personal Injury community and without.
- Xcelerate Your Profitability Workshop
The third Xcelerator event of the year will be September 13-15, 2023, at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. This 2.5-day event is going to be unlike anything that has been done before. Chad Dudley and Micki Love will be walking the audience through every single report and process that you need to run an efficient and profitable Personal Injury law firm. Attendees can expect to walk away with the complete toolbox that Micki and Chad have developed through years of working with PI firms of all sizes around the country. Micki and Chad’s coaching has helped countless firms skyrocket their profits, and this workshop is your opportunity to get the same events! If you’d like to get your name on the list for this event, you can do so here.
