Past Experience
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Jennifer Floyd graduated from Nashville’s Watkins College of Art, Design & Film with a degree in film editing. Since then, she has held a variety of roles in television and film production.
Jennifer worked at cj briefly in 2007 before returning as a producer in 2009. She was then promoted to Senior Producer and Executive Producer before becoming cj’s Director of Creative Services in 2013.
Present Role
In 2012, cj’s Production & Design and EXP departments merged to become Creative Services. As Director of the department, Jennifer manages the talented writers, producers, editors, and multimedia specialists who create cj’s cutting-edge broadcast and Web videos.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Creative Services will continue to provide the most sought-after legal creative in the country. cj’s creative offerings are now more flexible, responsive, and affordable than ever before. As a member of the cj Leadership Team, she’s focused on making decisions that positively impact the company, our employees, and our clients.
