Meet Our New Director of cjID

by Renee Brank | February 19, 2018

Jason Domangue, the new Director of cjID, has wasted no time implementing his exciting vision for digital marketing here at cj. As Jason continues to unveil the new robust offerings of his digital team, we thought we’d share some of his background with you today, and let his impressive history speak for itself.

After graduating from LSU with a degree in marketing in 1996, Jason started his career at the telecommunications company EATEL in Gonzales, LA, where he rose to lead all sales and marketing. In 2006, he moved to Austin where he created uControl, a home automation and security software platform. He managed all marketing and business development for the organization, which merged with Icontrol in 2010. Jason helped IControl grow from 10 to more than 300 employees and become the standard for home automation—landing major accounts with Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, Rogers Cable, and many others.

In 2015, he was asked to lead a worldwide marketing campaign for Piper, a direct to consumer camera company that Icontrol acquired. For the past two years at Dudley DeBosier and now, cj Advertising, Jason has focused on online consumer marketing with an emphasis on analytics and marketing automation. Now Jason is excited to bring his vision and expertise to cj clients as head of cjID.

When Jason isn’t leading campaigns and organizations to greatness, he’s spending time with his two children: one an artist and the other a Lacrosse goalie. This proud father and proud member of the Who Dat Nation is also a super tech geek and horror film buff. Jason also goes way back with our CEO, Chad Dudley, to their college days at LSU.

We’re proud to have someone with Jason’s experience and passion to lead the way for digital here at cj. If you have any questions about cjID or want to learn more about Jason, feel free to reach out to him personally at jdomangue@cjadvertising.com.
