Rain? Sleet? Snow?

Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow…

No, we aren’t going to talk about the USPS, but let’s talk about the weather and how that affects calls.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature can take a toll on our commutes. We all know that accident numbers rise when adverse weather comes into play. It can be a light rain, a blizzard, thunderstorms, hurricanes, you name it. Accidents are going to happen, and people are going to need help.

So, how do we push your message even harder and on short notice? We need to get more spots on TV ASAP.  You are busy, but we need your approval to add dollars to your current TV budget. One way to speed this up is to have pre-approved “Bad Weather” budgets.  These will not be near the current weekly budget you have, but a portion of that to load the week or two during and directly after the weather event.

A few clients already have these pre-approved budgets, so it’s just a quick communication from us to them asking for the green light to get this placed. Then, the media buyer gets busy and places additional spots to get their message in front of as many people that need help (or will need help) as possible.

Every season has its own potential for bad weather and every market has a different challenge as well.
