Chief Brand Strategist Micki Love

It’s hard to imagine someone who brings stronger qualifications to their new position than Chief Brand Strategist Micki Love. When it comes to the operations side of personal injury law, she has seen and done it all.

Micki began her 20-year career at a very young age, working for our good friends Hughes & Coleman. Her impressive rise through the ranks of this multi-state law firm included positions as receptionist, bookkeeper, marketing director, and Chief Operating Officer. Under her leadership, Hughes & Coleman grew from four offices to nine and from a staff of 60 employees to 175. She helped organize the M & L seminars, conducted financial comparison groups, and helped implement a cutting-edge Intake Department and Operational Efficiency system.

Operational Excellence

For the last two years, Micki has worked with Chad Dudley at VISTA Consulting, helping law firms maximize their potential by solving operational obstacles. Her vast experience with VISTA and Hughes & Coleman has given her insight into nearly every challenge a growing firm can encounter.

We are thrilled to have Micki as our Chief Brand Strategist, where she will oversee all agency accounts, directly manage Arnie’s former accounts, and is the go-to person for our new offering, cj Consulting.

When Micki isn’t helping law firms grow, she enjoys watching her children, Caleb (17) and Ava (12), be passionate about the sports or activities with which they are involved. When she has extra spare time, you can find her on the beach!
