cj’s trademark enforcement program has crossed another milestone. We have stopped 210 law firms nationwide from infringing on our No Fee Guarantee® trademark.
The No Fee Guarantee was born in 2008 and received federal trademark registration in January 2010. Five years later, the battle for compliance against infringing law firms continues in full force through our systematic monthly monitoring.
Two hundred and ten—that’s a pretty good indication that many other firms see the inherent and unique appeal of the No Fee Guarantee. And that’s why we will spare no efforts to protect our intellectual property, as well as the distinct marketing advantage our clients receive through their use of the No Fee Guarantee.
