Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Management or related field expected
  • 3-5 years experience managing brands and/or accounts in an agency setting
  • Strong working knowledge of production, print, Web, and media advertising
  • Experience working with budgets and analyzing trends to recommend advertising options for our clients
  • Strong leadership skills to include proficiency with managing multiple projects and schedules
  • Strong communication skills including client communication experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Results oriented professional

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective management of all client projects to include preplanning and post production meetings to ensure client expectations were exceeded
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment while dealing with multiple departments on many projects.
  • Engage staff to embrace agency project process by meeting deadlines while retaining high quality standards
  • Manage and approve all billing of client jobs with accounting department
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure highest value to our agency
  • Coordinate and communicate with all departments (Web, Print, Media, Yellow Pages Management, Production, & PR) to ensure cohesive communication
